HOW I CAN HELP
In our work together, we slow this down. Like roots beneath a tree shaping what grows above, the deeper parts of your experience—your longings, fears, and protective patterns—shape how you feel and relate on the surface. Rather than trying to fix these patterns directly, we begin to understand what’s underneath them. The parts of you that:

carry more vulnerable feelings beneath the surface​
These reactions aren’t random. They make sense—and they can begin to change.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Brainspotting (BSP) to help individuals and couples make sense of their inner world and shift patterns that feel stuck. In our sessions:
